I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, especially for women visiting the mosque, as it's incredibly close to the women's entrance. The staff was welcoming, especially in dining and housekeeping. However, the rooms were a bit outdated and smaller than expected, and the service staff could use some training to be a bit friendlier. Overall, it's a decent option with great proximity to key attractions.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is excellent, being very close to the ladies' entrance to Masjid Al Nabwi, which was a huge plus. However, the service was lacking, and the rooms felt cramped despite some being spacious. The dining options were decent, but a bit more variety would be appreciated. Overall, it offers good value for money considering the convenience of access.

Rooms

The rooms were a bit cramped for the double occupancy, but we managed. We had reserved a quad room but only received a rollaway bed which made things tight. The furnishings were tasteful, although the ironing equipment was quite worn down and didn’t function well.
Service
5.0
I found the staff somewhat unwelcoming and not willing to help when we needed assistance. Check-in and check-out felt rushed, but I did appreciate the cooperation from one staff member, Arshad, who was truly helpful.
Location

The hotel’s location is perfect for accessing the women's section of Al Haram. Being near gate 25 made it so much easier for entering the mosque, especially from a female perspective.
Dining
7.0
Dining was fairly good with a decent range of options, though I think that adding more variety on a day-to-day basis would greatly improve the experience. The pizza was nice, and Mr. Mahmoud's supervision made a noticeable difference.
Facilities

The facilities were decent but I felt that maintenance could use some work, especially with outdated furniture and inadequate ironing supplies.

Overall, it's a decent option for its value, especially given the great location.

Dining options were below average, and the cleanliness of the hotel could use improvement.
