The hotel is in a great location, just a short distance from the Haram, which is especially convenient for families. The rooms are a bit cramped, but they were nice overall. The staff had some friendly members, but also a few who could be rude. The breakfast was good, although I had to pay extra for it. All in all, it's good value for money considering its location.
